9lb Porter: Brewed for our friends at the 9 Pound Hammer here in Georgetown, this is an exceptionally flavorful medium bodied porter. We use tons of Chocolate, Munich, and Roasted Malt, then blend it with Centennial, Summit and Chinook hops to create what we like to call Roasted Chocolaty Goodness. Mmm... porter. ABV 6.4%

Bob's Brown Ale: Charles "Bob" Hirsch (1984 - 2005) is our inspiration for Bob's Brown Ale, having fought cancer for half of his 21 years. We brew this beer in his memory and donate 100% of our proceeds to Ronald McDonald House Charities. Bob's mom, Sue, chose RMHC as the recipient charity for our donation, saying, "They put us up for treatment every time we came in from Alaska." Released on May 14th, Bob's birthday, every year. ABV 6.2%

Headwaters ESB: What started as an opportunity to use the remaining Skagit Valley malt we had on hand evolved into a beautiful waste-not-want-not extra sexy bitter using 94% Salmon Safe ingredients by weight (shout-out to Roy Farms!). 100% of proceeds benefit Washington Wild and the Duwamish River Cleanup Coalition. ABV 6.1%

Maggie's Dry Irish Stout: We brewed this beer on the Tiny Town system a few times before we realized it was time to make a big batch. Zach calls it a "light dark beer" - roasty and smooth, satisfying yet sessionable. On nitro! ABV 4.2%

Walls of the Cave English Barleywine: This full-bodied beer was brewed at the end of 2022 and aged in both whiskey and rye barrels for a year before being blended into its final form. With armoas of bourbon and molasses, as well as tasting notes of caramel, dark fruit, brown sugar, and vanilla, this beer is a warming sipper sure to get you through the late-winter doldums. ABV 14.6%

FRUITY * SOUR * PECULIAR
Prickly Pear Gose: Subtlety is the name of the game for this year's version of a summer favorite. Gentle salinity on the nose gives way to light tartness and a pleasant sweetness from ruby red prickly pear puree. Appearances can be deceiving...and while this kettle soured wonder only shows the slightest pink blush in appearance, flavors of ripe red summer fruit steal the show. Contains wheat. ABV 5.0%

Sea of Life BA Syrah: Though we dialed back the lactobacillus in the base on this batch, Craig more than made up for it by adding 150 lbs of Sryah pomace per barrel before letting it rest for 6 months. True to the brand, the acidity on the nose and funk on the palate give way to flavors and aromas of tart cherry and rhubarb. The deep, ruby red hue almost makes this beer look too good to drink...but we trust you'll do the right thing. Contains wheat. ABV 5.5%
